Terms and Conditions

  1. Fees quoted at the time of advertisement are not subject to change
  2. Payment of fees is required before the referral of event/booking
  3. Fees include negotiation of client requirements, contact details, booking fees and introduction of client and OCE member
  4. If the event is cancelled or client declines the OCE members services fees will be immediately returned less a $5 administration fee. Refunds will be quick and undisputed.
  5. No obligation with membership. Can be cancelled up to the 15th of the month.
  6. Payments for booking fees can be made through direct debit or a payment link.
  7. All best endeavours are made to ensure the accuracy of the clients booking and the reasonable patronage expected
  8. No guarantees or representations are given on income or patronage numbers. All acceptance of events by OCE members subject to their own calculations on costs and income expectations.
  9. Once a booking has been matched with OCE member, all further correspondence in relation to bump in, timings and logistics is between client and OCE member
  10. OCE reserves the right to contact the client too confirm the booking was completed and obtain any relevant feedback (which we will be glad to pass onto the OCE Member)

OCE does not take any responsibility or make any representations as to the authority to operate at the locations any of the events offered. Council and/or other regulatory requirements are the responsibility of the client/OCE member to confirm
